Making a Parents Evening / Parent Conference Booking in SchoolsBuddy

(Please note this is a desktop view.)

1. Click the 'Activities & Clubs' tab (this may be labelled differently depending on your School). 

 



2. Find the Parents Evening / Parent Conference box and click the blue 'Select' tab. 

 



3. Your child/children will be listed. Select the '+' tab to expand the time selections for your child. If your child is not applicable to the Parents Evening / Parent Conference Container no selection option will be listed. 

 



4. To book a time slot, select the time slot desired. When you book a time slot for one subject/teacher the time slot will be blocked out for all the other bookings so no double bookings can be made.  Once you select a booking, it will appear on the right side of the screen.

 

 

5. If you want to change the time slot you have chosen, click on another time slot and you will see a warning message appear:



6.  When the bookings have been selected, click the 'Check Availability' button to book the time slots selected. 
 


7. Agree to the Terms & Conditions. 

 



8. A summary of your time bookings will be displayed. Click the blue 'Confirm selections' to confirm the booking of the time slots. 

 



9. A confirmation message appears and you will receive an email confirmation displaying the parent evening/parent conference bookings. 

 



10. The events will also populate your Diary.
