Adding or removing students to a Group (inc After School Club) in SchoolsBuddy

 

1. Click on the Reception tab. 


2. Click on Groups and deselect the My Groups filter to see all groups.


3. Search for the group.  Click on the group name in the list on the left.  When the group details appear, click on the Students tab.


4. To add or remove students, click the +Add Multiple button.



5. To add a student, click the + symbol or search using the filters provided.  They will appear under the 'Selected' column. when they have been added.  To remove a student, click the trash can icon next to their name.  Click the Save button to finish. 
 

6. You can also remove students from the main group page without clicking on + Add Multiple.

STUDENTS THAT ARE ADDED TO REPEATING ACTIVITIES WILL BE ADDED TO THE REGISTERS FOR ALL UPCOMING EVENTS

 PLEASE NOTE - STUDENTS CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM GROUPS IF THEY ARE BOOKED INTO UPCOMING EVENTS.  IN THIS CASE PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING(S) BEFORE REMOVING THEM FROM THE GROUP.
