Adding A Stripe Account to your SchoolsBuddy Account

Creating/Connecting a Stripe Account in SchoolsBuddy

If you are planning on using Stripe as your School’s payment method, you will need to either create a stripe account or link an existing one. To do this, you must first log into SchoolsBuddy using your associated email and password.

This must be completed via either: www.schoolsbuddy.net

or depending on your Schools location www.asia1.schoolsbuddy.net or www.us1.schoolsbuddy.net. If you are unsure which site to use please contact us. 

An example of this has been shown in the image below.

When you have successfully logged in, select the ‘Admin’ tab that is highlighted by the red box in the image below.

Following this, select the ‘Stripe’ tab that is highlighted by the red box in the image below.

From there, select the ‘Create/Link stripe account’ option that is highlighted by the red box in the image below.

When selected, a new screen will appear like the one shown in the image below. Follow the instructions to create or link a Stripe account to your School.

When a Stripe account has been successfully created or linked, this message shown in the image below will be replicated within the ‘Stripe’ section of your Schools ‘Admin’ tab.
