Making a manual parents evening/parent conference booking

1. Click the Activities & Clubs Admin tab. (This may be labelled differently due to your School's preferences) 

 



2. Click the Manage button next to the parents evening/parent conference container. 

 



3. Click the Manual Booking tab. 
 


4. Type the name of the pupil you wish to make a booking for and select their name. 

 



5. The bookable time slots for the selected pupil will be displayed. Click the time slots they have requested, a summary of the time slots booked will be displayed on the right side of the screen. 


6. When the correct times have been selected, click Book.

7. Click Confirm on the summary screen and a booking confirmation message will appear.

 

 

 

8. The booking can now be seen under Existing Events:
